Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate shipment descriptions, values and documentation
- Ensure goods are packed appropriately unless professional packing is booked
- Comply with prohibited and restricted goods rules for each destination
Service scope
Transit times, routing and pricing depend on the service selected, carrier capacity and customs processes. Optional cover may be available for eligible shipments — ask when requesting a Request a Quote.
